E-COMMERCE PRIVACY POLICY
The E-Commerce service of TECNOFOIL S.r.l. is provided by TECNOFOIL S.r.l. (tax code 12335620154), in the person of the pro tempore legal representative dr. Stefano de Manzano, with registered office in Udine, Via Percoto no. 23 – 33100 Udine, entered with the Chamber of Commerce of Udine, REA No.297678, which, therefore, sells own-brand products marketed on the store.
Before allowing You the access to its E-Commerce service, Tecnofoil S.r.l. will process Your personal data, in accordance with the Legislative Decree 30th June 2003, no. 196 ("Privacy Code") and under the Rules (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament.
Tecnofoil S.r.l. will process Your personal data conferred at the time of the purchase as controller.

In the light of the above, in accordance with the requirements set out in the Code of Privacy, hereby we wish to inform You that Tecnofoil S.r.l. will process Your personal data under the following conditions.
Article 1. Purpose of the processing
The processing of the personal data is exclusively done for the following purpose: to allow the proper implementation by Tecnofoil S.r.l. of the operations related to the online purchase and, therefore, to let it fulfil in a correct and punctual way all the obligations arising from the contractual relation, as well as for the administrative and legal procedures associated with such relation.
Article 2. The provision of data and the consequences in case of lack of consent to data processing
The provision of data for the purpose referred to in Article 1 is merely optional. However, such a processing is necessary to benefit from the E-Commerce service provided by Tecnofoil S.r.l., Your eventual refusal to give the data concerned will mean that You won’t be able to make purchases on the website of Tecnofoil S.r.l.
In case You choose to pay Your purchases by credit card, You will be asked for the data relevant to that specific card. Those data won’t be in any case processed by Tecnofoil S.r.l. but only by the provider of the payment service (Unicredit Services S.C.p.A., with registered office in Via Livio Cambi no. 1 – 20151 Milan, entered with the Chamber of Commerce of Milan, identified by the following REA number MI - 1525554), as data controller, with the option of this entity to transfer the data to its representatives in charge of processing them, in order to allow the payment by credit card.
Tecnofoil S.r.l. will keep, within the legal deadlines, the log files and the IP addresses used during the execution of an online purchase, for preventing and establishing any frauds in the online transactions.
Article 3. Modalities for data processing
The processing of Your personal data will be mainly done by electronic or anyway automated means, on terms and with the instruments adequate to ensure their safety and confidentiality, in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Privacy and under the Rules (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. In particular, all appropriate technical, computer, organisational, logistical and procedural measures of safety will be taken in order to guarantee the minimum level of data protection required by Law, allowing their access only to the people in charge of data processing on behalf of each of the data Controllers or those responsible for and designated by the data Controllers. The acquired information and the modalities for data processing will be relevant and not excessive in relation to the type of services provided. The data will be furthermore managed and protected in environments whose access is constantly under control.
Article 4. Data provision and transmission
Your personal data will be provided:
for the purposes set out in Article 1, which is above quoted, to the employees or collaborators of the Controllers, who will process them as processors or responsible for their processing;
Your personal data may also be provided:
to all those entities (including the Public Authorities) with access to personal data on the basis of legislative or administrative measures;
to post offices, companies or third parties in charge of printing, enveloping, shipping and/or delivering the products purchased on the website of Tecnofoil S.r.l.;
to companies, consultants or professionals eventually in charge of installing, maintaining, updating and, in general, managing the hardware and software of Tecnofoil S.r.l. used for the provision of its services;
to all those public and/or private entities, natural people and/or legal entities (legal, administrative and tax consulting firms, Courts, Chambers of Commerce, Work Authorities, etc.), if the data provision becomes necessary or functional to the correct implementation of the contractual obligations taken, as well as the obligations arising by Law.

Article 6. Personal data storage
Your personal data will be stored only for as long as necessary to guarantee the correct provision of the services offered and, in any case, for no more than 5 years.
In case of non-completion of the purchase because of unavailability of the product, Your data will be stored for administrative purposes for a period of time not exceeding one trimester, except eventual specific legal obligations on the retention of accounting documentation or purposes of public safety.
Article 7. Right of access to personal data
Under article 7 of the Code of Privacy, You are furthermore entitled to obtain:

- the deletion, transformation into an anonymous form or blocking of the data processed in violation of Law, including those ones which need to be stored for the specific purposes they have been collected or further processed for;
- the authentication of the fact that the operations referred to in the preceding points have been made aware also for their content to those ones whom the data have been communicated or forwarded to, unless this fulfilment is impossible or implies the use of means which are manifestly disproportionate to the right safeguarded;
You have furthemore the right to object, totally or partially:
- for legitimate reasons to Your data processing, although relevant to the purpose of the data collection.
